POLICY INTERN (Oakland, CA) -
Spring Internship: January – May 2014 (Dates are flexible.)
Summer Internship: May – August 2014 (Dates are flexible.)
10 hours (max) per week.
Details & Qualifications
The policy intern can expect to work on policy and legislative projects, develop additional professional skills, improve research skills, and benefit from learning about unjust detention and deportation policies. The policy intern’s work will include helping with advocacy efforts for the implementation of the TRUST Act. Interns will be directly supervised by CIPC’s Policy Manager in the Oakland office.
